**PDF meeting generation content disappearing** — Fixed a bug where meetings generated from uploaded PDFs would flash the correct content but then go empty. Root causes: (1) an effect ordering bug in `usePdfMeetingGeneration` was clearing form update refs on every streaming chunk instead of only on generation start, (2) the final form update used stale React state instead of the freshly parsed data, (3) auto-create could fire before the form was populated. Fixed by splitting the lifecycle effect, passing final parsed data directly, and gating auto-create on sections being present.
**Document editor title syncs to document name** — Editing the inline title heading in the document editor now also updates the document name when it still matches the default "Namnlöst dokument" or the previous title, so the breadcrumb and drive table reflect the new name immediately

**Meeting Review — Secretary ReviewProvider** — Secretary was not wrapped in `ReviewProvider` during review state, causing the footer to be invisible; `MeetingLayoutContent` and `MeetingContainer` now include the secretary in the review layout when `meetingState === 'review'`
**Meeting Review — "Resend for review" button** — `useSendMeetingForReview` was calling a non-existent endpoint (`meeting-comments/send-for-review`); now correctly calls `meetings/send-for-adjustment`
**Meeting overview subsection font size** — Subsections (e.g. 5.1, 5.2) were rendering at 14px instead of 12px due to a Tailwind specificity issue with the sidebar's `data-[size=md]:text-sm` selector overriding the intended `text-[11px]` class
